Account Executive – VIAFONE Technologies
- Act as the point of contact between the executives and external clients
- Undertake the tasks of processing and creating customer journeys
- Understand the tasks connected with the processes that our clients and our customers take using our product. Training will be given but you will be expected to hit the floor running
- Handle requests and queries pro-actively
- Prepare requirements for meetings
- Self-starter and must be able to act on their own initiative and be result-driven
- Drafts and prepare reports, proposals and presentations
- Take responsibility of account pipelines and make sure all clients are responded to or followed-up with in accordance to our company’s guidelines
- Provide additional support to the team when and however required.
- Min 2-3 years of proven experience in similar or related position to the above scope of work
- A minimum completed education of University Degree
- Entrepreneurial mindset and experience within a Start-up environment
- Excellent knowledge of G-Suite
- Proficiency in English, Arabic Mandatory
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- High level verbal and written communications skills
- Presentation skills to C-Levels
