VIAFONE Technologies was appointed by Mall of the Emirates in Dubai to create a technology solution for their Summer D’Or campaign. Viafone created a virtual concierge on WhatsApp that allowed customers to scan their receipts when they spend over AED 3,000 at the designated luxury stores.

The customers spend allows them to earn 3% cashback in the form of a mall gift card. This campaign and the ease of use via WhatsApp supports the mall’s objective in driving customer spend and repeat visitation whilst building customer loyalty and rewarding those that do.
